Welcome to TreTechPro. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TreTechPro’s website, mobile application, digital tools, educational services, memberships, assessments, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using TreTechPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

TreTechPro is intended for users aged 16 and older.

Users under the age of 18 may access certain TreTechPro services with authorization from a parent, guardian, educational institution, or approved organization.

By using TreTechPro, you represent that:

2. Educational and Digital Services

Quizzes and skills evaluations
AI-assisted educational recommendations
Labs, digital blueprints, simulations, and learning resources
Career readiness tools and workforce preparation content

TreTechPro provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Responsibility and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

Keep login information secure
Maintain accurate account information
Notify TreTechPro of unauthorized account activity
Avoid sharing account access with others

TreTechPro is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use resulting from user negligence, password sharing, or compromised credentials.

TreTechPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription Billing and Payments

Certain TreTechPro services may require paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions may be offered on a:

Monthly basis
Annual basis
Institutional or educational agreement basis

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors integrated with Wix.

TreTechPro does not directly store payment card information.

Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle users to refunds for previously paid billing periods.

Access to subscription features remains active until the current billing period expires.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, subscription payments and digital services are generally non-refundable.

Institutional contracts may include separate payment and cancellation terms.

5. No Career, Employment, or Educational Guarantees

TreTechPro provides educational tools, guidance, workforce preparation, and career readiness resources.

TreTechPro does not guarantee:

Employment
Job placement
Interviews
Certifications
Admissions outcomes
Salary levels
Career advancement

Success depends on individual effort, skill development, market conditions, employer decisions, academic performance, and other factors outside TreTechPro’s control.

Any testimonials or examples presented are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.

6. AI-Assisted Experiences Disclaimer

TreTechPro may use artificial intelligence technologies to provide educational recommendations, learning guidance, personalized suggestions, and career insights.

AI-generated responses are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

TreTechPro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated information.

Users should independently verify important information and consult qualified professionals for legal, medical, financial, employment, or educational decisions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All TreTechPro materials are the intellectual property of Trenity Vibes LLC dba TreTechPro and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Protected materials include, but are not limited to:

Videos and digital blueprints
Quizzes and proprietary methodologies
AI-assisted workflows
Graphics, branding, logos, software, text, and downloadable resources

You may not:

Copy or reproduce content
Resell or redistribute materials
Share paid content publicly
Reverse engineer proprietary systems
Scrape, automate extraction, or collect data from TreTechPro without permission
Modify or create derivative works from proprietary content

Unauthorized use may result in suspension, legal action, or financial damages.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use TreTechPro unlawfully
Share account access
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Interfere with platform functionality
Abuse, harass, or exploit other users
Misrepresent identity or credentials

TreTechPro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. User Content and Submissions

Users are responsible for any content, submissions, or information uploaded through TreTechPro services.

TreTechPro services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trenity Vibes LLC dba TreTechPro from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from:

Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the Services
Copyright infringement
Unauthorized platform activity

13. Changes to Terms

TreTechPro may revise these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of TreTechPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Arizona.
